Rental Payments

The tenant is required to pay the landlord via standing order direct from the tenant(s) bank account into the landlord’s bank account, unless of course, the property is managed by an agent, in which case the tenant should pay ibay homes.

If ibay homes are managing the property, we would advise you when your tenancy commences.  Any faults, problems or questions will need to be reported to us so we can act on them efficiently.
