Deposit

When you have satisfied the referencing stage and a date has been agreed, the tenancy agreement will be drawn up and signed by the landlord and tenant. At this stage the first month’s rent and deposit will be required to secure the property. The deposit is usually equal to one month’s rent.

The first month’s rent and deposit will need to be cleared through the banking system before the tenancy can commence.

The payment can be made by:
