Maintaining the Property

During the tenancy, it is the tenant(s) responsibility to maintain the property – full details will be in the tenancy agreement.

The tenant should take measure to prevent the freezing of the water system (in the winter months).

If iBay homes are instructed as the management agents, we will carry out quarterly inspections to assess the property condition.  We will always provide plenty of notice to do this, in writing and we will not enter without permission.
